SHENGSHI makes manual ball valves — one-, two- and three-piece threaded, and two-piece flanged — in stainless steel CF8 / CF8M and carbon steel WCB. They are made in our own factory and at long-term partner plants we have worked with for years.
We work mainly with distributors, importers and equipment makers. Most of them start with a sample, then reorder the same valve for years. That is the business we want: we would rather keep a customer for a decade than win one large order.
So we keep it simple. We tell you plainly what we can and cannot supply. Once you approve a sample, the factory, materials and specification stay fixed, and any change is told to you before production. And a person answers your messages — usually within the hour on working days.

Every valve is machined, assembled, pressure-tested and packed before it ships. Factory audits and video walk-throughs can be arranged on request.

From the first question to the tenth reorder
Selection support
Send a photo, a drawing or process data instead of a part number. We recommend the construction, material, seat and thread, and send the dimension drawing.
Samples & specification lock
Samples and mixed small orders first. The approved sample fixes factory, materials and specification for every repeat order.
Private label
Your logo on the body, nameplate, lever and box, with your barcodes and carton labels — or neutral packing.
Inspection & documents
Checks to the requirements agreed for your order, third-party inspection welcome, and the documents you need confirmed before quotation.
Export logistics
Sea, air or express shipping with complete export documentation, consolidated with your other items when needed.
After-sales follow-up
Status updates from order to delivery, and quick answers when something needs attention after it arrives.
QUALITY & DOCUMENTS
Checked to what you agreed
Quality control follows the inspection and testing requirements agreed for your order. Catalogue series are designed to ASME B16.34 / API 608 and tested to API 598 / EN 12266. Your nominated third-party inspector is welcome.
Tell us which material or inspection documents your order requires — for example material certificates or pressure test records — and we confirm them before quotation, not after shipment.
