FAQ

Questions buyers ask before the first order

Samples, quantities, lead time, branding, inspection and documents. If your question is not here, ask us directly.

Do you accept sample orders?

Yes. Samples and small orders are accepted. Sample lead time is confirmed for the model, quantity and any customization — send us the series, size and thread standard.

What is your minimum order quantity?

There is no fixed minimum order quantity for most catalogue sizes — samples and mixed small orders are welcome. If your logo is cast or engraved on the valve body, a minimum per size applies and is stated in the quotation.

What is the lead time for production orders?

Lead time depends on the series, sizes, quantity and branding, and is stated on every quotation. Once you order, we keep you updated on status from purchase order to delivery.

Can you put our brand on the valves?

Yes. Your logo on the valve body, nameplate and packaging, or neutral packing. Marking methods are confirmed for the selected series.

Will repeat orders be the same as the approved sample?

Yes. Once a sample is approved, the factory and specification stay fixed. Any change to material or design is communicated to you before production.

Which thread standards can you supply?

NPT (ASME B1.20.1), BSPT (ISO 7-1), BSPP (ISO 228-1), DIN 2999/259, JIS B0203 and BS 21. The standard is specified at order. See our guide NPT, BSPT or BSPP.

Which materials are available?

Valve bodies in CF8 or CF8M stainless steel, or WCB carbon steel, with SUS304 or SUS316 balls and stems. Seat options depend on the series: PTFE, RPTFE, CPTFE, PPL or PEEK. See CF8 vs CF8M and seat materials.

How are the valves inspected and tested?

Quality control follows the inspection and testing requirements agreed for your order. Catalogue series are tested to API 598 / EN 12266. Your nominated third-party inspector is welcome.

Which documents can you provide?

Our company ISO 9001:2015 certificate is available on request. Tell us which material or inspection documents your order requires and we confirm them before quotation.

What payment terms do you accept?

Payment terms are stated clearly on every quotation, together with lead time, Incoterms and validity, and are agreed before you place the order.

Which shipping terms and ports do you work with?

We ship by sea, air or express with complete export documentation. Incoterms such as EXW, FOB or CIF are stated in each quotation — tell us your destination and preferred terms, and we quote accordingly.
